2. What these Terms cover
These Terms govern access to the Mercroutes website, the Mercenary Routes Windows application, the coordinate service, user accounts, credits, time-limited access passes, and related digital services sold or provided under the Mercenary Routes name.
3. What Mercenary Routes is
Mercenary Routes is an independent, unofficial software tool and information service for Total Battle players. It can include a Windows application that watches the visible game map and an online coordinate service that may provide private K/X/Y coordinate results to a signed-in account when a credit is spent.
4. No affiliation with Total Battle
Mercenary Routes and Mercroutes are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Scorewarrior Ltd or any affiliate. Total Battle names, marks, images, and assets belong to their owners.
5. Important risk to your game account
The Total Battle End-User License Agreement may restrict or prohibit unauthorized third-party programs. Using Mercenary Routes may breach your agreement with the game publisher and may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your game account. You accept this risk yourself.
6. Paid products
- Credits are prepaid units used to request private coordinates or another clearly stated digital result.
- One credit is spent only when a coordinate result is delivered to your account. A search that returns no coordinate should not consume a credit.
- Unused credits do not expire while your account remains open, unless a product page states otherwise.
- The Automatic Search Pass gives access to the automatic search mode for 30 days from activation. Its planned public price is 29.99 EUR tax included.
- The Automatic Search Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. The Stripe checkout page shows the product, price, currency, taxes if applicable, and payment method before confirmation. We do not store full card details.
8. What we do not promise
Mercenary Exchanges are temporary in-game objects. We do not promise that an Exchange will still exist, remain available, have capacity, or provide any benefit when you arrive. The game may change at any time.
9. Acceptable use
You may not share or resell your account, redistribute coordinates, bypass credits or access controls, attack the API, reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law allows it, or misrepresent Mercenary Routes as official.
10. Refunds, privacy, mediation, and law
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Consumers must first contact support before consumer mediation through CM2C. These Terms are governed by French law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.
