Summary
Mercenary Routes sells digital services through Mercroutes. Depending on the offer, you may buy prepaid credits, a 30-day non-recurring Automatic Search Pass, or another digital access product shown at checkout.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. Because Mercenary Routes provides digital content and digital services immediately, checkout may ask you to agree that performance begins immediately and to acknowledge the refund consequences.
2. Credits
Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund for credits that have not been used. Credits already spent on delivered coordinates are not refundable because the service has already been performed. A search that returns no coordinate should not consume a credit.
3. Delivered coordinates
Coordinates concern temporary in-game objects. A delivered coordinate is not a promise that the object will still exist, remain available, or provide a benefit when you arrive. Credits spent on delivered coordinates are not refundable only because the object later disappears, fills up, or becomes unavailable.
4. Wrong or stale coordinates
If Mercenary Routes delivers coordinates that were clearly wrong or already known by us to be stale at the time of delivery, contact support. We may restore the credit or refund the relevant purchase where appropriate.
5. 30-day Automatic Search Pass
The Automatic Search Pass gives access to automatic search mode for 30 days from activation. The planned public price is 29.99 EUR tax included. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. A pass purchased but not activated may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once activated, access begins immediately and the pass is not refundable for unused time, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. How to request a refund
Contact contact@mercroutes.com from the email address used for purchase. Include your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe where possible.
